the Reserve Bank ,by way of sale, to

requirements for such transfers as may be specified by Reserve
Bank from time to time."

debit to NRE / FCNR (B) account, the amount of consideration so
received shall be refunded to the person concerned by
outward remittance & Reserve

issue of security, if such amount is outstanding beyond a period
of 180 days

for such permissible end-uses as indicated by Reserve Bank from

In sub-paragraph (A), in clause
(a) The following sectors will qualify as infrastructure sectors,
namely,(i) Power, (ii) Telecommunication, (iii) Railways, (iv)
Road including Bridges, (v) Sea Port and Airport (vi) Industrial
Parks (vii) Urban Infrastructure (water supply, sanitation and
sewage projects) and (viii) Mining, Exploration and Refining”.
