We have great pleasure in presenting the 51st BCA
Referencer to you.
The BCA Referencer is annually published since 1962 to meet the demand
of professionals, corporate executives and students of the financial
sector for handy and updated technical information so as to enable them
to discharge their various assignments efficiently.
While we assist the users to look after their technical updates and
improve their “Professional Health”, we consider that it is equally
important to impress the need and propagate their personal health care.
It would, in fact, enhance the ability to meet the overall need for
progress and prosperity of individuals. Hence, we have opted to present
this 51st publication adopting the theme of “Health Care”. We expect
that the Referencer and the accompanying diary would constantly remind
you to update and follow health care consistently. Good health shall
assist in creating real wealth.
We are reminded of the accomplishment of Lord Hanuman in constructing a
‘Setu’ over the seas to enable the battalion to reach Lanka to fight the
challenge created by Ravana and bring home revered Sita, Lord Ram’s
ardhanginee.
Similarly, BCA Referencer serves the purpose of a Setu for its users. Over
the ocean of various laws and procedures, the users can reach out to the
requirement of the legislation, meet the challenge created by the
administrative authorities and bring home the case of the
clients/employers who are like their ardhanginee!
In constructing this Setu for the users, we have the benefit of
dedicated team of professionals who have spared their valuable time in
compiling contents placed in the Referencer and accompanying CD. The
mammoth task of co-ordination and editing the contents where necessary
has been executed by the experienced editors Mr. Yatin K. Desai, Mr.
Rajeev N. Shah and Ms. Sangeeta S. Pandit. BCAS Past Presidents Mr.
Nayan C. Parikh and Mr. Pranay H. Marfatia have provided their enormous
skill and experience in bringing out this publication and the convenor
of the Committee Mr. Aliasgar Z. Kherodawala has aptly contributed for
the design and economics of the publication. We place our
acknowledgement and gratitude for the very valuable time and efforts
provided by each one of them.
We compliment and acknowledge M/s. Finesse Graphics for providing their
expertise in the presentation of the contents, its qualitative printing
and timely supply of the Referencer with diaries and CD.
Wishing you a healthy life and wealthy professional career.
