DIRECTORS or committee thereof |
For the
purposes of the first proviso to S. 310, the amount of remuneration by way of
fee for each meeting of the Board of Directors or a Committee thereof shall be
as follows (Refer Rule 10B):

crores and above or turnover of Rs.50 crores and above |
Not exceeding Rs.20,000/- |
| b.other companies not exeeding |
